I was one of the first students to receive a Henson Scholarship here at Salisbury. I probably would not have an academic career without it. The research I did as an undergraduate led me to realize that I loved research, which led me to get a graduate degree, which led me to be a faculty member. And now, I can really see the impact on so many students.
