Procurement
The Salisbury University Procurement Office is a service-oriented department whose mission is to procure in a timely fashion the goods and services necessary to support University operations at the most favorable and advantageous cost consistent with quality required and the legal responsibilities established by the University System of Maryland, the State of Maryland, and the Federal Government.
As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, Salisbury University has taken steps to reduce the number of people on campus, to practice social distancing, and to shift certain work off-site. The Procurement Office is still open and stands ready to meet the needs of our campus customers. All Procurement staff are available during normal business hours via email. For immediate responses, we are utilizing Microsoft Teams.
As a result of the reduced density on campus, we have developed a completely online requisitioning system called JIRA. Please contact Cathy Horn if you do not already have access to this system. We ask our valued suppliers to contact Procurement via email. Please see Buying Office tab for more information.
