Sea Gull Village

Sea Gull Village is a returning student apartment complex located next to University Park Apartments at 1400 Seagull Way. It also houses transfer and international students.

Occupants: 86 students, 4 Resident Assistants and 1 Hall Director

Each apartment has 3 single bedrooms (full-size bed) and 1 bathroom with a washer/dryer in every unit (detergent not provided). It is fully furnished including Xfinity streaming, internet, and utilities.

The common area of the apartment has a kitchen. Students may bring additional appliances to prepare meals. We encourage students to communicate regarding shared flat/glassware and pots/pans, as no personal effects are provided.

Housekeeping services are not provided within the apartment, and students must bring their own toilet tissue.

A footpath between Sea Gull Village and University Park connects students to the University Shuttle.
