The Libraries will not assume legal responsibility for library patrons who fail to make a good faith determination or otherwise do not comply with copyright law.

For assistance in making a good faith determination and for issues related to intellectual property rights, please contact Bea Hardy, Dean of Libraries & Instructional Resources.
