Presidential Perspectives: Town Hall & Fall Planning - May 29, 2020
SU President Charles Wight is periodically addressing the campus community from his home, sharing updates and discussing current topics. Today, he invites members of the SU community to attend a special virtual town hall at 5 p.m. next Tuesday, June 2. During that event, he will discuss SU’s return-to-campus preparations for the fall, following today’s announcement from the University System of Maryland. He also will answer other submitted questions. For more information, visit SU’s Town Hall website.
Typically, SU’s President annually addresses committees of the Maryland General Assembly, delivering legislative testimony on various topics related to University operations, enrollment, budgets, capital projects and more. Briefings from 2010 to the present are available to view.
