Yellow Ribbon Campaign

Yellow Ribbon is available to eligible veterans or their designated transferees using the Post 9/11 GI Bill® (CH 33). To be eligible, veterans or their dependents must meet the following criteria:

• Must be receiving maximum benefit amount (100%)
• Can not be on active duty or a spouse using transferred benefits
