Graduate/MED:
ALL candidates enrolled in graduate classes that require a field placement in schools must complete this request. Advanced Candidates School Placement. Fingerprint based background checks are required for all teacher candidates and interns.

Please download and complete the Background form that needs to go to SUPD before or at the time of your fingerprinting session.
