The vendor has reported that the issues seem to have been resolved. If you continue to have problems, please contact us and let us know.

Although our vendor has not yet announced that the issues are resolved, our Library Guides and A-Z Database List do seem to be operating at the moment for at least some users. We will provide another update when the vendor announces that the problems are fixed.

The vendor has informed us that they are experiencing a DDoS attack on their systems. There is currently no estimate for when service will be restored.

The vendor that hosts our Library Guides system (LibGuides) and our A-Z Database List is currently experiencing issues. Patrons may see a "502 Bad Gateway" error when attempting to access a Library Guide or when trying to access a database through the A-Z List or searching for a database from the library homepage. The vendor is aware of the issue and is working to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
