New Resident Assistant Selection

Simply attend an information session to receive a link to the RA application. Once you complete the application, click the "submit" button. Should you experience any difficulties completing the application, please contact axsanchez@salisbury.edu.

Requirements

• Attend one RA Information Session
• Be a full-time undergraduate student
• Minimum 2.50 Cumulative GPA
• Cannot be on any type of University probation and hold the RA position at the same time
• Must have a clean conduct history
• Serve as an RA for the entire academic year

• Must attend the RA class in the spring 2024 semester, cannot be registered for any other classes on Wednesday from 3:00-8:00pm.

Information Sessions

Information sessions will be offered in person only. Pre-registration is not required, but encouraged.

Timeline for Spring 2024 Applicants (Mid-Year Hire)

• Info sessions begin: Monday, October 16
• Last Info Session to be considered for Spring Hire: Thursday, November 9
• Spring Hire Applications due: Monday, November 13 at 12am midnight
• Interviews for Spring Candidates: December 4-8

(Note: Spring hires should also plan on taking the RA Class in the Spring with the Fall 2024 Hires)

• Info sessions begin: Monday, October 17
• Last Info Session: Thursday, December 1
• Application Due: Monday, January 15
• Interviews: February 2024
• Decisions: March 2024
• RA Class Begins: Late March 2024
