Employee Crisis Support Team

The Employee Crisis Support Team (ECST) is established to provide timely and compassionate assistance to Salisbury University employees facing emotional distress, mental health challenges, or critical events. The team aims to prioritize employee well-being and ensure a supportive environment during difficult times.

This policy applies to all university employees, including faculty, staff, and administrators.

The Employee Crisis Support Team offers an added layer of consultation and response and is not to replace timely use of established campus services and community resources in dealing with mental health and emergency situations.
