IT Help Desk: The IT Help Desk is prepared to handle MyClasses questions throughout the semester. You can contact them online at http://www.salisbury.edu/helpdesk, 410-677-5454 or submit a ticket through the online ticketing system. Skype support for password assistance is also available; submit a request at http://support.salisbury.edu and select Skype Password Assistance from the Help for Students Traveling or Living Abroad.

When communicating your problem, be prepared to provide the following information via phone or email:

  • Course name and number that you are experiencing the problem within MyClasses
  • The browser and operating system you are currently using to access MyClasses
  • Identify the steps needed to reproduce your problem
  • Describe the error message (if any) in which you are receiving)
