IT Help Desk: The IT Help Desk is prepared to handle MyClasses questions throughout the semester. You can contact them online at, 410-677-5454 or submit a ticket through the online ticketing system. Skype support for password assistance is also available; submit a request at and select Skype Password Assistance from the Help for Students Traveling or Living Abroad.

When communicating your problem, be prepared to provide the following information via phone or email:

  • Course name and number that you are experiencing the problem within MyClasses
  • The browser and operating system you are currently using to access MyClasses
  • Identify the steps needed to reproduce your problem
  • Describe the error message (if any) in which you are receiving)
