Extreme Heat Warning Issued for Salisbury and Surrounding Areas July 2-3
The National Weather Service has issued an Extreme Heat Warning for the Salisbury area from 10 a.m. Thursday, July 2, through Friday evening, July 3. Forecast temperatures are expected to reach near 99°F, with heat index values as high as 109°F. Students, faculty, staff, and visitors are urged to take precautions. Anyone experiencing dizziness, nausea, confusion, or other signs of heat-related illness should seek medical attention immediately. Visit the SU News webpage for more information.
