Graduation Procedures

The following information outlines the steps necessary for undergraduate and graduate students to apply for graduation and participate in a commencement ceremony. Please review the following information carefully.

All prospective graduates must apply to graduate. Graduation applications are processed through your GullNet account via the drop down box in the middle of your student center.

Graduation Application Due Dates:

• May 15 for Fall/December or Winter/January degree completion
• November 15 for Spring/May degree completion

Commencement Ceremony Participation

Students completing degree requirements in the winter term or spring semester will participate in the May commencement ceremony.

Students completing degree requirements in the summer term or fall semester will participate in the December commencement ceremony.

Master's and Doctoral Student Commencement Exception Request:
