MASMI Sales Award

This award is presented by the Mid-Atlantic Sales and Marketing Institute (MASMI) at Salisbury University and sponsored by MASMI’s gold and silver level corporate sponsors, Choptank and Sunbelt Rentals respectively.

Prize

Choptank’s First Place Award                       $1000
Sunbelt Rentals’ Second Place Award          $500

Eligibility

Juniors and Seniors at Salisbury University, who completed the Professional Selling Course (MKTG 337), are eligible to apply for MASMI’s Sales Award.

Application Process

To be considered for the award, eligible students must:

  1. Complete the MASMI Sales Award Application Form
  2. Provide two letters of recommendation
  3. Write a persuasive essay which clearly demonstrates their sales-related leadership roles and activities that make them eligible to winning this award
  4. Attend a 15-minute interview with representatives from our gold and silver level sponsors. If the student makes it to the interview round, they will be asked to sign up for an interview time slot by the end of February.

The application, letters of recommendation and essay must be sent by email to: masmi@salisbury.edu by February 15, 2019. No extensions will be provided.

Winners will be selected based on their interview results.
