Start and Manage Own Business Seminar Oct. 16

SALISBURY, MD---"How to Start and Manage Your Own Business," A comprehensive workshop for new or potential business owners, is scheduled for Monday, October 16, from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. in the Frederick Room of the Commons at Salisbury State University.

Seminar topics, directed by six professionals, include financing, insurance, legal issues, accounting methods, business plan and marketing.

Sponsored by the Maryland Small Business Development Center Network, SCORE (Service Corps of Retired Executives) Lower Shore Chapter and SSU, the seminar fee is $40 per person and includes all class materials and lunch.
