SU Holiday Gift Bazaar November 7-December 20

SALISBURY, MD---SALISBURY, MD---International and domestic artworks are spotlighted during Salisbury University’s 11th annual Holiday Gift Bazaar November 7-December 20 in the Atrium Gallery of the Guerrieri University Center.

This year’s bazaar features hand-made glass art from Seattle; Oaxacan wood-carvings; Oaxacan earthenware and ceramics, the traditional folk art created by Oaxacan women; as well as pottery from Tonala, Mexico. The sale also includes sterling silver jewelry from the North West and Canada; African animal wood carvings; Putumayo world music CDs and a collection of children’s games and toys. Local artists will offer signed/numbered prints, cards, jewelry, photographs and original paintings.

Proceeds benefit University Galleries’ exhibitions and events. Bazaar hours are 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday-Friday.
