Nike Executive Falor is Perdue Leadership Series Speaker Tuesday, October 18

Jennifer FalorSALISBURY, MD---Thinking about attending the next installment of Salisbury University’s Perdue Executive Leadership Lecture Series? Three words of advice: Just do it.

Jennifer Falor, North America direct-to-consumer human resources business partner for Nike, Inc., speaks about her role in the corporate world 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, October 18, in Holloway Hall Auditorium.

Falor earned her B.S. in business administration from SU and her masters in cosmetics and fragrance marketing and management from New York’s Fashion Institute of Technology. Prior to joining Nike, she spent 15 years with Limited Brands, the parent company of Bath and Body Works and Victoria’s Secret, among others. There, she held leadership positions including vice president of human resources for Limited Brands Technology Services and Limited Stores.

When the opportunity to work for Nike arose, she saw it as a dream come true.

“I grew up surrounded by sports,” she said. “There is nothing like a great sports moment to bring people together, and no one does that better than Nike. When I was given the opportunity to combine my passion for sports with my business and HR experiences, the choice was easy. I can’t imagine doing what I do anyplace else.”

Sponsored by the Franklin P. Perdue School of Business, admission to her talk is free and the public is invited. A reception follows in the Social Room.
