'Jarful of Stories' Narrator Shares Tales Live August 11

SALISBURY, MD---Fans of the WSCL series Jarful of Stories have the chance to be part of an in-studio radio audience 4 p.m. Wednesday, August 11, as storyteller Rick Brown returns to the Eastern Shore to record stories for the popular show. Children and adults are invited to attend the recording session at the WSCL studio in Caruthers Hall at Salisbury University. Space is limited and reservations are required by August 10 at 410-543-6895. The creator of Jarful of Stories, Brown writes the tales, creates the music and voices all the characters heard in each program. A former resident of the Cambridge area, he now lives and works in Nebraska. Jarful of Stories is heard 6:30 p.m. Sundays on WSCL.
