Future Educators of America Conference October 24

SALISBURY, MD---The Eastern Shore chapter of Phi Delta Kappa is sponsoring the fifth annual conference for members of Future Educators of America from Lower Shore high schools on Tuesday, October 24, at Salisbury State University. Teresa McCain, Wicomico County Teacher of the Year, the keynote speaker, will discuss "Future Educators Dare to Care."

Participants will hear about education as a college major by a panel of education majors from SSU and the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. Students will also select from several workshops presented by area public school and university faculty and administrative staff.
