SALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University’s M.B.A. program has been named among the top 30 business programs in the nation in Fortune magazine’s flagship ranking, “Best Business Schools and M.B.A. Programs.”

“This first-time ranking for SU is a historic milestone,” said SU President Carolyn Ringer Lepre. “It’s a testament to the quality, rigor, and reputation of our Perdue School of Business.”

Fortune noted, “Going to business school is a lifelong investment that can send your career, and salary, to new heights,” adding that M.B.A. degrees are “known for teaching the most in-demand skills in business management, covering topics ranging from finance and entrepreneurship

“This ranking emphasizes SU’s place among an elite group of business schools worldwide,” said Dr. Christy Weer, dean of SU’s Franklin P. Perdue School of Business. “With an M.B.A. from SU, not only can you increase your job opportunities and salary potential; you will develop lifelong skills that help you both on and off the job.”

SU recently expanded its M.B.A. offerings with a track in fraud and forensic accounting.

SU’s online M.B.A. option also has consistently been recognized by U.S. News & World Report among the nation’s best.
