Perdue Executive Leadership Series Continues with Raj Ananthanpillai

Photo of Raj AnanthanpillaiSALISBURY, MD---Raj Ananthanpillai, chairman and chief executive officer of the business software company Endera, is the next speaker in Salisbury University’s Perdue Executive Leader Series 3:30 p.m. Thursday, March 5, in Holloway Hall Auditorium.

Based in McLean, VA, Endera is a subscription-based software-as-a-service business providing insights into post-hire risk events that could impact legal and compliance status, brand reputation, safety levels and revenue in both large and small businesses.

Prior to joining Endera, Ananthanpillai served for 13 years as CEO of InfoZen, a high-end Cloud and DevOps information technology services company. Before that, he was the chief strategy officer of ePlus, Inc., a business process automation and financial services company. He also was the founding president and CEO of NetBalance, a successful multi-million-dollar, venture-capital-backed software company, which he sold in 2000.

Prior to creating NetBalance, Ananthanpillai held senior executive positions at I-Net, a $300 million information technology managed services firm, and AT&T. He holds an M.S. in engineering physics, an M.S. in electrical engineering, and executive education in international business management and financial planning.

A Certified Financial Planner, Ananthanpillai also holds multiple U.S. patents, and is the author of two books on systems management and managed services. He also serves as a board member for the Wolf Trap Foundation and is on the University of Kansas School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Advisory Board.
