Tinelli Appoint Business Consultant with Eastern Shore Small Business Development Center

SALISBURY, MD--Heather Tinelli was recently appointed business consultant with the Eastern Shore Small Business Development Center. Tinelli, an Eastern Shore native with over four years commercial banking experience as well as a strong accounting background, is a graduate of Washington College. She is currently working toward her CPA, and is a recent small business owner.

Tinelli will be working out of the Eastern Shore Small Business Development CenterÍs satellite office at Chesapeake College.

The Small Business Development Center (SBDC) offers counseling services at no charge to those who want to start a business as well as existing small businesses on the Eastern Shore. The satellite center at Chesapeake College services Queen AnneÍs, Kent, Talbot, Dorchester and Caroline counties. The SBDC offers low cost seminars in conjunction with Chesapeake College, on business topics throughout the year.

Support for the Eastern Region SBDC is provided by the Small Business Administration, the state of Maryland, and the University of Maryland Center for Applied Studies. The Eastern Shore Subcenter is hosted at Salisbury State UniversityÍs Franklin P. Perdue School of Business, with a satellite center at Chesapeake College, and a soon to be opened satellite center at Cecil Community College.
