Bio
Dr. Bown is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Communication at Salisbury University. Her areas of expertise include nonprofit communication, experiential learning, intercultural communication, and interpersonal conflict. She holds a BA in Communication and Journalism from the Universidad de Chile, a Master’s degree in Education from Salisbury University, and a PhD in Organizational Leadership from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
