Bio

Dr. Bown is an assistant professor in the Department of Communication at Salisbury University, specializing in nonprofit communication, leadership, and experiential learning. She earned a BA in Communication and Journalism from Universidad de Chile, a Master's in Education from Salisbury University, and a PhD in Organizational Leadership from the University of Maryland, Eastern Shore.
