Our department may be housed in a small city, but our outreach is truly international: Our graduates have taught English abroad in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and South America. We are also home to one of most distinguished academic journals worldwide, Literature/Film Quarterly.
For a more in-depth study, SU also offers an English major, which has seven tracks, including creative writing, film and literature.
