Important Updates

Maggs Pool summer open swim hours will end on Friday, July 29. The pool will be closed for its annual routine maintenance and cleaning from Saturday, July 30 - Thursday, August 25. Open hours will resume on Friday, August 26 for the fall semester (see below for open hours).

General Information

Salisbury University Maggs Pool is located in the Maggs Physical Activities Center. We offer exclusive facility access for all current SU faculty, staff, and students. Just bring your Gull Card and GullNet On-Campus Clearance status to use the pool during its posted hours below. At this time, we do not offer any external membership options.

Maggs Pool Facility

The Maggs Physical Activities Center Pool Natatorium features a six-lane, 25-meter long pool, which is home to Salisbury University’s men’s and women’s varsity swimming teams. The natatorium also features an outdoor pool patio and stadium seating for spectators during events.

Pool Specs

  • 6 lane, 25-meter pool
  • Depth – 3 ½ feet to 12 feet
  • Temperature = 78 to 82 degrees

Locker space

  • Pool deck locker rooms are available for bathroom usage and changing purposes during open swim times
  • No personal belongings should be kept or stored in the pool deck locker room at any time
  • Personal belongings may be brought on deck and/or stored in the general locker room located in the Maggs PAC entryway

COVID Policies and Procedures

  • All guests must sign in for and present their GullNet On-campus Clearance Status to the aquatic staff from their phone (must be green)
