Topic: In NASA's Super Pressure Balloon project, students will help design the next generation launch platform for the SPB by performing a feasibility study, comparing dynamic ground-based and static sea-based approaches. Intrinsic parameters to be considered affect logistics, launch availability, cost, and launch methodology.
