News channel WBOC recently featured the Food for the Flock student food pantry. This student organization, spearheaded by Presidential Citizen Scholar (PCS) alumnus Drew Lacouture, was inspired by what he and others in the PCS cohort learned about food insecurity amongst students on college campuses while researching homelessness and related issues as part of their PCS capstone project. In honor of Mayor and County Recognition Day, ShoreCorps and the local Senior Corps programs received a proclamation from Wicomico County.
