'Start and Manage Your Business' at SU October 14

SALISBURY, MD---“Smart Start Your Business,” a shorter small group session created for those who cannot attend the all-day “How to Start Your Own Business” course, is offered by Salisbury University’s Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Tuesday, October 14, from 6:30-9:30 p.m. at the SBDC office and, Tuesday, October 21, from 5:30-7:45 p.m. at the Wye Mills campus of Chesapeake College.

For those participating in the Chesapeake course, an accompanying computer laboratory session is Monday, October 27, from 9 a.m.-noon.

    The instructor is a business counselor from the SBDC who discusses the basics of starting a business. Resource information and a business plan guide are provided. The cost of the course is $15 at SU and $30 at Chesapeake.
