Small Office Home Office Loan Intake Program Set

SALISBURY, MD---The Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Salisbury University offers information on the Small Office Home Office (SOHO) loan during intake programs 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, November 4, at SU and Friday, November 7, at Chesapeake College in Wye Mills.

SOHO loans are offered through the California-based Innovative Bank. The bank offers seven-year loans of $5,000, $10,000 or $15,000 at 4.75 percentage points above the prime rate. One of the SOHO program's biggest selling points is the easy application and quick disbursement of funds.

Intake program participants learn more about the loan program from an Innovative Bank's representative, fill out the required application and then meet with an SBDC counselor.
