Respiratory Therapy Students Achieved 100 Percent Pass Rate" 

SALISBURY, MD---In Salisbury State University’s Respiratory Therapy Program in the Department of Health Sciences all 11 of  its May 2000 graduates that attempted the National Board for Respiratory Care’s Certification Examination passed (achieving a 100% pass rate).

The National average pass rate for Respiratory Therapy Programs is 75 percent. The program is directed by Dr. Sidney Schneider, R.R.T., R.P.F.T., and Dr. Robert Joyner Jr., R.R.T. Other faculty include Marcy Disbennett, R.R.T.; Lisa Joyner, B.S., R.R.T.; Doug Rousseau, R.R.T.; and Dr. Theodore Wiberg, R.R.T.
