'DaVinci's Notebook' Performs Wednesday, July 16

SALISBURY, MD -- On Wednesday July 16, 2003 "DaVinci's Notebook" will thrill an audience with a high-energy performance of "a cappella jive comedy."

Presented by the Salisbury Wicomico Arts Council and the Maryland Summer Center for the Arts at Salisbury University, DaVinci's Notebook will perform at 8 pm in the Holloway Hall Auditorium on campus.

DaVinci's Notebook has developed a large following due to their tight vocal harmonies and silly antics, said WSAC Executive Director Davina Grace Hill. They have been showcased on NBC's Today Show and become regular featured guests on the nationally syndicated radio program "The Bob and

Tom Show."

This is a return engagement for DaVinci's Notebook. They were performers at SWAC's Millennium New Year's Eve program in 1999.

"They had the audience laughing until they cried, and literally dancing (in a conga line) in the aisles and on the stage," said Hill.
