SU Hosts Community Halloween Activities October 31

By SU Public Relations

SALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University will once again host a community Halloween celebration 5:30-7 p.m. Tuesday, October 31, on Camden Avenue.

Candy will be available to trick-or-treaters, while supplies last, at select houses from SU’s Scarborough Student Leadership Center (1200 Camden Avenue) to the University’s Bosserman Center for Conflict Resolution (1100 Camden Avenue). Costumes are encouraged during this rain-or-shine event.

In addition, SU’s Richard A. Henson School of Science and Technology hosts a “Spooky Science Spectacular” from 5:30-7:30 p.m. in Henson Science Hall. The drop-in event will feature chemistry-, physics- and biology-related activities including mixing potions to create spooky slime, solving a mystery using pumpkin DNA, writing secret messages with “magic” paper and creating ice cream in a “smoking” cauldron.

Admission is free and the public is invited. Designated parking for all activities will be available at the Scarborough Center and in Camden Avenue Parking Lot F, adjacent to Blackwell Hall.
