Important COVID-19 Information for SU Students

Dear SU students,

As Salisbury University continues its COVID-19 precautions, please note the following:

  • The deadline for students to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (both shots of a two-dose vaccine or one shot of the single-dose vaccine, plus two weeks) to begin the fall semester is Monday, August 23.
  • The deadline for unvaccinated students to sign-up for twice-weekly testing is Sunday, August 22.
  • Students must complete the online SU COVID-19 Consent Form to allow the University to access their vaccination records. Students who have not filled out this form are not considered to be vaccinated.
  • Campus Health offers free vaccination shots by appointment.
  • Return-to-campus COVID-19 tests must be administered by SU. The University is unable to accept return tests from off-campus providers at this time.
  • Students who are not fully vaccinated must continue to take an SU-administered COVID-19 test every Tuesday and Thursday, with a negative result, to maintain campus access this summer and through the fall semester. Classes missed due to lack of campus access are not considered “excused,” and faculty are not required to provide accommodations.
  • All SU COVID-19 policies and protocols are subject to change pending new guidance and information.

Please stay safe, and thank you for continuing to do your part to #ProtectTheFlock.
