SU Relay For Life Raises Over $58,000 for the American Cancer Society

Survivors lead the first lap during the 2019 SU Relay For LifeSome 67 teams representing over 1,500 students, faculty, staff, families and community members participated in Salisbury University’s 2019 Relay For Life. This year’s theme was “Board Games”. 

SU President Charles Wight joined student co-chairs Sarah Dickenson and Emily Huff for opening ceremonies. Guest speakers included former SU Student and cancer survivor Alyssa Wert. So far, teams have raised over $58,000 for the American Cancer Society.

SU’s Relay is consistently among the top collegiate Relays in the nation. Donations are still being accepted. To contribute, visit the SU Relay website.
