SU Town-Gown Council Honors Salisbury City Police Chief

Salisbury University’s Town-Gown Council presented a Distinguished Service Award to Salisbury City Police Chief Barbara Duncan in recognition of her service, dedication and commitment.
She was applauded for ensuring the safety and security of the city, fostering a positive relationship with SU, and promoting constructive town-gown and community relations.
