SU Hosts 'Path to Excellence' Networking Event

Path to Excellence networking eventSALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University welcomes The Daily Record’s “Top 100 Women” and other female leaders in Maryland during a “Path to Excellence” networking event sponsored by the Baltimore-based newspaper 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, November 7.

Attendees will have the opportunity to create professional connections and give back to the community at the gathering in the Patricia R. Guerreri Academic Commons Assembly Hall. Light food, beer, wine and other beverages will be served. Donations will be collected for SU's new "Food for the Flock" student food pantry.

Co-hosts include Dr. Janet Dudley-Eshbach, SU president emerita; Sandy Fitzgerald-Angello, vice president and dealer operator of Pohanka Automotive Group of Salisbury; Cheryl Meadows, executive director of Salisbury Neighborhood Housing Services; Dr. Peggy Naleppa, former president and CEO of Peninsula Regional Medical Center; Susan Purnell, owner of Kuhn's Jewelers; Sonya Whited, director of process, packaging and commercialization at Perdue Farms; and Stephanie Willey, local sales manager for Comcast Spotlight. The series is sponsored by Kewsick Multi-Care Center.
