Ad Hoc Budget Advisory Council – Provost created an ad hoc budget advisory committee (start of April) - told faculty senate before that the committee was being created. Comprised of faculty financial oversight committee (FFOC), long range planning committee, past summer advisory council, and a few volunteers.

Provost Messaging: on April 12, 2025, Provost Couch shared via email guidance on the budget process as a follow-up to everyone who was invited to attend the deans, chairs, and directors meetings. There was additional information, FAQ document, and the “Guiding Principles for Academic Affairs.”
