Stephen Oby

Bio

Stephen Oby joined the faculty of Salisbury University’s School of Social Work as an Assistant Professor in 2021. Stephen brings 15 years in the helping professions to Salisbury, having served primarily children and families in areas of education, mental health, and addiction. Stephen is a Licensed Certified Social Worker—Clinical in the state of Maryland and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with his “R” privilege in New York State. He brings this experience and expertise to his teaching, where he instructs graduate students in areas related to social work practice.
