Dr. Diana Wagner is Professor of Education Leadership at Salisbury (MD) University. An avid kayaker, camper, musician, and wildfowl carver, she has served as a Volunteer Ranger with the Maryland Park Service since 2012, where she helps maintain the more than 30 miles of kayak trails at Janes Island State Park on the Chesapeake Bay. A native of Northern Wisconsin, Dr. Wagner holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from the University of Delaware. She has taught for more than twenty years in the areas of educational assessment and research, higher education leadership, social justice and human rights education, and outdoor education leadership.
