Bio
Chin-Hsiu Chen is an Associate Professor in the Department of Early and Elementary Education at Salisbury University. She received her Ph.D. in Early Childhood Education from University of Victoria, Canada. In addition to her faculty position, she serves as the Executive Director of Eastern Shore Child Care Resource Center. Dr. Chen's rich cultural background has provided her the opportunity to work in various early childhood education settings in the U.S., Canada, and Taiwan.
