Pathway to the Doctorate in Public Administration
Through special agreement with the Doctorate in Public Administration (D.P.A.) at the University of Baltimore (UBalt), students may request permission to count up to nine credits from the Post-Master Certificate in Higher Education toward the specialization track of the D.P.A. at UBalt. In this way, students in the M.Ed. or in the Post-Master Certificate can get a head start on their terminal degree, opening the door to the highest level of career advancement in higher education administration.
