You don't have to go it alone in your academic life at SU. The CSA and your faculty have found students who know the content, know how to succeed and are excited to work with you on making the most of your classes.
Tutors, who are chosen based on their past academic achievement and faculty recommendations, meet one-on-one or in small groups with students to help them grasp fundamental concepts, work through practice problems and develop a further understanding of the course content. Tutoring helps you develop independent learning strategies that can be used throughout your college experience and as you progress through life.

You do not need to make an appointment to meet with a tutor. Check the tutoring schedule below to be sure a tutor will be in the CSA at the time you plan to come in.
The CSA provides free Praxis tutoring for SU education students by appointment only. We offer tutoring for the Praxis Core Tests and have Praxis Core Test resources that can be used on-site in the CSA. We do not offer tutoring for the Praxis II, which is subject specific. To schedule an appointment with a Praxis tutor, call the CSA at 410-677-4865. We do not provide Praxis tutoring for non-SU students.
