Request for Sign Language Interpreters

Students, faculty, staff, and community members are asked to submit this Interpreters Request Form and to contact the appropriate office below as soon as they are aware of the need. Early notification will allow the University to make the necessary arrangements.

When requesting an interpreter, please provide all pertinent information regarding the assignment to the appropriate office:

• Faculty/Staff (work-related): Human Resources humanresources@salisbury.edu
• Students (academic/extracurricular): Disability Resource Center disabilitysupport@salisbury.edu.
• Community Members, Events and Other: President’s Office president@salisbury.edu
