Financial Services

Financial Services delivers essential financial and administrative support to students, employees, and campus partners. Our department oversees a wide range of fiscal operations, including but not limited to:

• Student and third party billing
• Collect and record incoming payments
• Financial aid refunds
• Payroll and vendor payments
• Employee reimbursements
• Procurement of goods and services
• Budget planning and forecasting
• Compilation of financial statements
• Inventory management

Our primary offices are located on the second floor of Holloway Hall.

• Provide exceptional, professional customer service to students, parents, and employees
• Ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner
• Address customer inquiries with effective, thoughtful solutions while maintaining full compliance with Federal, State, USM, and SU policies, regulations, and laws
