Financial Services delivers essential financial and administrative support to students, employees, and campus partners. Our department oversees a wide range of fiscal operations, including but not limited to:
- Student and third party billing
- Collect and record incoming payments
- Financial aid refunds
- Payroll and vendor payments
- Employee reimbursements
- Procurement of goods and services
- Budget planning and forecasting
- Compilation of financial statements
- Inventory management
Our primary offices are located on the second floor of Holloway Hall.

- Provide exceptional, professional customer service to students, parents, and employees
- Ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Address customer inquiries with effective, thoughtful solutions while maintaining full compliance with Federal, State, USM, and SU policies, regulations, and laws
