Strategic Action Plan
The Salisbury University School of Social Work’s vision centers around advancing social justice by disrupting oppressive practices and policies while promoting social well-being. This Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Strategic Action Plan is a comprehensive policy statement that supports the realization of this vision. It requires the integration of diverse perspectives throughout all aspects of our teaching, research, and service. In addition, it promotes increased diversity of the school’s student population and workforce. This action plan provides directives for sustaining an inclusive and equitable school environment and promoting social justice on a regional, national, and global scale.
