Bio

Shan (Shine) Lei, Ph.D., CFA, CFP® is an Assistant Professor of Finance and Faculty Director of the CFP Board Registered Financial Planning program at the Perdue School of Business, Salisbury University. Prior to joining academia, she served as the Director of International Relations at Financial Planning Standards Board China and had been an adviser at PricewaterhouseCoopers .

Shine holds Charted Financial Analyst and Certified Financial Planner qualifications. She holds a Ph.D. in Personal Financial Planning from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
