Bio

I am the Satellite Field Practice Coordinator serving our Wye Mills, Cecil, Hagerstown, and Southern Maryland program sites as well an External MSW Supervisor in the School of Social Work at Salisbury University. Much of my career was spent providing medical social work services to our Eastern Shore communities in the acute, sub-acute, and palliative care settings as well as in outpatient mental health. I began my work with the Field Education Office as an adjunct instructor in 2012. In 2018 I assisted with piloting our external supervision program and eventually transitioned to my full time role. I am also a MD Board of Social Work approved clinical supervisor and enjoy assisting students, as well as licensed social workers, with practical application of therapeutic modalities and best practices.
