Teaching Philosophy

My teaching philosophy centers on hands-on learning and evidence-based practice while promoting a collaborative and inclusive environment. I strive to build students’ critical thinking and confidence by using effective tools, resources, and experiential learning opportunities. I also emphasize mindfulness and respect in nursing care, helping students develop not only the technical skills but also the emotional intelligence and compassion needed to provide holistic, competent care. I aim to create learning experiences that are engaging, supportive, and grounded in professional integrity, while also empowering future nurses to approach their practice with confidence and a strong commitment to patient well-being.
