Bio
I joined the Political Science Department at Salisbury University in 2024. Prior to teaching at SU, I taught at Chesapeake College. I am also an attorney working for the federal government with previous experience as an assistant state’s attorney in Dorchester County, Maryland. Additionally, I led projects at American University Washington College of Law’s War Crimes Research Office developing tools, training, and technical assistance in the prosecution of sexual and gender-based violence under international law. I also coached AU WCL’s teams competing in the International Criminal Court Moot Competition and International Humanitarian Law Competitions including Jean-Pictet. I have also clerked at the International Criminal Court in The Hague and the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda in Arusha, Tanzania.
