Christine Vassallo-Oby

Bio

Dr. Vassallo-Oby has nearly ten years experience teaching in higher education. She is now a full-time faculty lecturer in the Departments of Sociology and History at Salisbury University, located in Maryland's Eastern Shore. Dr. Vassallo-Oby's research and teaching interests include tourism, globalization, and food studies in the Americas. She holds degrees in Anthropology, Spanish Education, and area and ethnic studies in Latin America and the Caribbean.
